How to enter??

Hello everyone,
I am trying to enter the year of a million dreams and when I log in to my disney account I can not find where to enter? :confused3 Is there other ways to enter the sweepstakes? I read somewhere that you can hand write a post card and send one in every day? Is this true?
Any information you all would share with me I would appreciate.

By the way, I hope you all have a wonderful time on your upcoming trip. We just got back on Dec 2. We had an amazing time. A few days before we left Disney called us to tell us that our room at the new AKL villas was not going to be ready. Then they offered us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom queen suite on the concierge level. This room was beautiful, it also had 3 bathrooms, one was a half bath but still! This was our youngest daughters " wish trip", so she was so happy. The organization we went through was wonderful, they offer you a room outside of disney and if you want to stay in disney you are responsible for purchasing that part of your trip, they purchased the airfare, rental car, tickets and also give you spending money for meals and such. We saved our money up and purchased the room on disney property. Then we were offered this amazing upgrade.....this is not usually our luck so you can imagine how thrilled we were. Our daughter had the best time, and the concierge was really a great experience we could not have afforded. We thought the people might be a bit "unfriendly" but they were all really sweet. The food and drinks and atmosphere at the club was really wonderful. We won't forget it.
