I just purchased airborne on-the-go powder as I really am afraid of getting sick while at Disney. Does anyone know if I can take it on the plane -- in my carry on luggage? I assume I can put it with my checked luggage, but would like to keep a packet in my handbag to take either on the plane or as soon as we get off. I don't know what the restrictions are now. (We're flying USAir out of Philly by the way)
Thanks, in advance!

The TSA rules, found at www.tsa.gov don't list any restriction on powders in your carry-on.

I am just curious why dont you just take it before you leave your house? I take some 1 day before and then right before i leave. Also I love Germ MD or Cold MD the first works like airborn but it is in pill form the second is if you start to get a cold it REALLY helps get rid of it fast! I swear by both of these.

I just wanted to keep extra with me because I won't have access to my luggage until later that day (Magical Express)
Thanks everyone, I feel much better now!!

I doubt there would be any restriction with the powder but always good to check the tsa website.
We leave on the 23rd and I'm afraid of getting ill as well. I have been using airborne this year and already notice a difference. I'm becoming a believer in this stuff. Mostly though I'm afraid of the stomache flu. I'm going to see if I can bring clorox wipes on the plane and wipe down my seat/tray and both of my daughters. I also hope they let me bring Purell with.......
Good luck!!
I had the powder in my carry-on and was a-ok!

A small bottle of purrell is fine. Just put it in the ziplock with any other small liquids/gels that go through security.
You can always put some of it on a kleenex and wipe down things with it too.
