I have not received one. However, I do know that they exist. I saw one on a display table at the DVC Merry Mixer. It was just sitting there with some other marketing materials.

Woohoo! My planner came in the mail yesterday. Being the true Disney geek that I am, I read it cover-to-cover last night. :)

They are inconsistant with all of their mailings across the board! I still have not recd my planner and I closed my resales in Oct/Nov, so I have nothing. Not even the welcome package. I recd my membership cards and that is it.

I also have been Castaway CLub member since 1999 and have only recd maybe 3 newsletters from them. They made changes to the club last year and sent me the new newsletter for Fall, but I haven't recd anything since. I have to wonder why they are so inconsistant?:confused3 Makes me think they are getting 'stolen" in the mail??

I sent an email to MS asking about this and their response is below:

"Thank you for contacting Member Services.

These items were requested to be sent early to mid December. Typically
it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks for them to arrive as they are both
processed from an outside company. With several holidays in that time
frame please allow another week or two for them to arrive. Should you
not receive them by then please let us know and we will be happy to
request them again.

Please let us know if we can assist you with anything further.
