Villa rental in Formosa gardens area- who do you trust?

Hi everyone,
I am provisionally looking around for our Oct 09 trip, with a possible number of 16!!!:scared1: So I am thinking about 2 4/5 bed villas to spread out in, I know i want to be in Formosa Gardens area, so who have you used in the past that you had good dealings with or who do you recommend?

Oh yeah, do you find that owners are only willing to accept weekly bookings as oppose to say a 10 day booking for example? Only reason i ask is that i am trying to get away with October half term but extend it to 10 days on one side.

There are a couple of other sites, but I cant remember them all. Formosa Gardens looks lovely. We were going to go to Indian Creek.

However, we have decided that a villa is not for us. So we bought the DVC instead. Hope you find a great villa for you all. 16 wow what a size!

I can recommend the Formosa Gardens area as everything you need is within easy reach.

As regards the length of stay it depends on the owners, some are more flexible than others.

I can highly recommened the 5 bedroomed home below at Indian Creek, I know the owners and they have already given discounted price bookings to fellow DISers having mentioned my name on a query.
Part of our stay in March (I nearly said 'next year' then!) is for 12 nights here, so some owners do accomodate part-weeks.

Indian Creek we find great for our needs, so if you were looking at 2 homes on the same development then it's a sound choice. Windsor Palms and Emerald Island are also nice.
All three are fairly new.

I love the Formosa Gardens area - Sunset Lakes is my favourite :thumbsup2

I know of several villas close by each other on Sunset Lakes that I would be happy to rent again - I have always rented direct from owners & been more than happy with the process :)
