Visiting Guests as FW

We will be visiting my sister in law at FW next week. I am wondering how to get there from Animal Kingdom and what do we do when we get there? Is there a place for us to park, do we have them meet us, do we have to take a bus, etc.

If you have a car...follow the signs to MK, when you get to the parking booth stay to the right(with your resort parking ID in the windsheild they should just wave you through if you don't have an ID your parking pass from AK is fine or just say you are headed to FW)). After the booth take the first road to the right to FW, go in the second entrance, this is for day guests as well as HDDR and trail rides. Once you have parked walk toward the bus depot(near the trail rides, not the reception outpost) and board the bus(orange, yellow or purple settlement) for whatever loop you need(the color will depend on where you need to go).

When you almost get to the parking lot call them and tell them to come get you.

Thanks to you both for the info. I think we will just get them to come and get us then that way we don't have to worry about the bus. Hopefully it will warm up soon or they will be freezing in a tent :scared1: . It looks warm for next week.

Will they have a golf cart to come get you? Other wise, depending on if the bus is at the stop or not, the bus might be easier.
