I am looking to upgrade my camera and want a slim one, not a big bulky camera but one that does both very good day and night shots and after talking to people at Circuit City and Best Buy, I am confused so thought I would come over and here and take a poll and get some advice from the people that know cameras better then me. Your advice and help is greatly appreciated.

Of those two, the Canon, just do not expect too much for night shots with a p&s camera (esp. a slim type). None of them do well with low light, but the Fuji's with the 1/1.6-1/1.7" sensors tend to do the best possible.

We have a SD750 and love it. Great photos and really slim/easy to slip in a pocket.

I would check out Sam's or Costco...or other online stores...I've seen the 750 for under $200 in many places.

No Kodak! My sis got my girls ones last year for x-mas and both died in months.

I have a couple friends who have the Kodak... NOT user friendly in my opinion

Simply considering that they are both small-sensor cameras and the SD750 is 7.1MP and the Kodak is 12MP, I'd be willing to bet that the SD750 will take "better" low-light shots.

Unfortunately, neither camera will be very good at low-light, though.

i'd go with the canon as well. my daughter had an old easyshare that was terrible in low light ( unusable) and was given another one that isn't much better...my other daughter has a powershot ( 600 series 7 mp) that actually isn't bad in low light...not fantastic but definitely usable shots and the other normal light photos are better imo as well.
