View Full Version : Milesource Supercertificate Problem

I ordered a Supercertificate from Milesource on 01/27 and havn't received it yet.

I e-mailed Milesource and they said that GiftCertificates.com has the redemption and e-mailed me my redemption code on 2/13.

I called GiftCertificates.com and they said that Milesource buys them in bulk and I need to contact Milesource.

I have e-mailed GiftCertificates.com and Milesource with this information and am now playing the waiting game.

Anybody else have this problem?? How did you resolve it.

I literally just got my supercertificate yesterday and i ordered on 2/4. It came from giftcertificates.com and said in the 're' : a gift for you from milesource. I don't think milesource sends these out at all. They contact giftcertificates and initiate it but then it's up to giftcertificates.com to actually send you the notification. Do you already have an account with giftcertificates? Maybe log in and see if you have a credit? It would've been difficult for you to have received this email and missed it, especially if you're like me and have been watching for it!

I know what the e-mails look like and, I don't have a credit in my account.

I am just hoping that I got a "clueless" customer service representative, and my e-mail to giftcertificates.com provides better results.

I was just wondering if anyone else ever had a "lost" supercertificate and how they found it.

Fortunately sending a copy of the Milesource e-mail to customerservice@giftcertificate.com did the trick. I got my SuperCertificate in the e-mail today.!!!!
