Sorry to be daft.. but is this a joke?? What is everyone talking about when they say $99 cruise?

The offer to book a 3 day cruise ($99 per person) on selected dates for the fall was offered to those who were on DCL for a 4 day or 7 day cruise in January.

We're feeling pretty lucky! Headed back for $99/person in October. Gotta love it!
