Boats at CBR?

I think there is a marina at CBR right? Can you rent a pontoon boat there and does anyone know the cost?

Hmmmm... the only boats I saw were the water mice. You should PM Seaspray, I'm sure she knows. ;)

I was there at Christmas and they had the Pontoon boats. I didn't catch the price. We were surprised to see how much the water sprite price had gone up from our last trip. It seems a lot of people thought the same thing because there were very few of them being used.

Do you remember how much the watersprites were? I have promised this treat to 13 yo DS as he can be the driver - so I should prepare myself for the cost!

The watermice are about $20 for a half hour. MY brother and niece rented one a couple of weeks ago and were out for almost an hour and they were only charged the half hour price. They're a lot of fun :)

Thanks Seaspray - at that price I'll spring for the first 1/2 hour and he'll have to earn some $ to pay for the second if he wants it - and if they don't charge him for it he can use the $ to buy himself more pins!!:smooth:

Thanks for the replies. I don't know if we'll rent a pontoon boat, I just thought it might be a nice thing for the whole family to do. My DH has taken my DS out in a water mouse before and they had a good time but I think my 20 mo DD is too young for that! I actually am not sure about taking her on the pontoon boat but I think she'd be okay, and at the Poly they had all sizes of life vests. Does anyone know if there is an min age kids have to be to go out on a boat?
