Question on AKL

Hi! I'll be flying out of Boston on a Tuesday to stay here for 8 days. My sister and my niece also want to come,but my sister has to work and can't fly in until Thursday night. My question is this: Is it OK for me to call Disney and tell them that she'll just be checking in later? I know it costs her $25/night extra to stay with my Mom and I. Thanks for any info.

I would just let them know about the extra adult when your sister arrives - there really isn't anything they need to do in advance.
