Anyone heard of this place?
www.magicalmemories.com
It sounds kinda too good to be true. They have 2 bedroom villa's at 89.00 a night. They have washer/dryer, kitchens, playgrounds, arcades, pools, spa's, etc and it's only 5 miles from WDW?

Just had a look at their site and they are a management company but not all of the resorts they have are within 5 miles of Disney.
A rate of $89 per night is very good but will you know which home or even which resort you get? You may find that these homes do not have the little extra touches that you would find when you rent directly from an owner as the owners will only be getting a small % of the $89 (after the management company take their cut). A lot of owners who rent directly to guests have taken time to make their properties more homely so these may be worth looking at too. :goodvibes

I booked through Magical Memories in August of '06. It was our first trip to Disney and I was clueless, I booked through Expedia. After a bit more research I discovered they have 2 levels of homes. The Executive series are located in the more in demand areas. So I called Magical Memories directly and was able to book the Executive series for 15/more a night.
We ended up in Emerald Isle and really enjoyed our stay, especially the location.
On our next offsite trip we had found the Disboards, and knew to book directly through the owners of the individual townhouses.
I have nothing bad to say about Magical Memories...but I think you could do better booking through a site like http://www.vrbo.com/.
