Checking in with NO car

If we take DME and arrive before our room is ready, is there a place we can leave our small carry on luggage? I know DME will deliver the checked luggage to our room later. Stayed at POP in July, checked in early, but had a car to keep the luggage and stuff in so we were able to go into the park. Also if we leave our small luggage, and we return to the resort before the room is ready and want to get at our stuff will we be able to?

Just check it in with bell services at the resort. They will give you a claim ticket. Keep that and either go to bell services to pick up your carry-on or ask them to deliver it to your room once you are there.

Will bell services allow me access to my bags before the room is ready? In other words, if we arrive at 10 am and check our bags, hit the park for lunch then decide at 2 to go for a swim but the room is not ready yet, can we get at our carry on from bell services and have them still deliver the bags when the room is ready, or will we just have to take them with us to the pool?

Sorry to sound so stupid, but I've never travelled with out a car before.
