dinning plan on Disney DVC site

I was just over at the Disney DVC site and they have under news-

Disney Dining Plan available to more Members than ever

Any one know what this is? Should add that it doesn't have a link attached so there isn't away to check it there.

I believe it has something to do with the dining plan being made available to members who are staying at non-DVC resorts on points.

Until now the DDP was only available to members saying at the DVC resorts using points. There have been whispers that members using points for the likes of the Contemporary, Poly, etc. will be able to add the dining plan after the first of the year.

Believe you are correct I see the following under the dining plan ...

Walt Disney World Resort or at the Walt Disney World Resort hotels available through The Disney Collection

It also may have to do with the fact that we are now eligible for the other "levels" of the DDP.
