Disney phone charges

Are calls from one Disney resort to another (room to room) subject to the $.75 per call fee? What about calls to Disney dining to set up PS's?

to call dining just follow the instructions on the phone. If you do that there is no charge.

Calling room to room in the same hotel is no charge, calling anywhere else on Disney property is free if you call the hotel operator and have them connect you, otherwise you will be charged $.75
