Took me 45 minutes to get this posted. Pitiful. :sad2:

Hello ! Thanks for posting. :dance3:
I have a Boston that looks just like the one in your Avatar, except one of his ears has a tiny little bend in it on top. Gives him character. :thumbsup2
Okay, not just like, yours' blaze in wider.

Hi Paige!!!
Dont worry, you can post anything you'd like on here. As long as it's not too dirty that is. We've gotten in trouble for that before...

Paige & Tigger&Belle - we've got lots of shoulders here, feel free to use them. Lean on us all. Ask questions, talk, kid around, etc. - we're all here for support and the occasional cocktail ... Mike is quite the mixologist! :grouphug:

Rosie, I'm from Oregon. Haven't lived there for a very long time, but I grew up in Klamath Falls :scared: , went to school in Ashland and Corvallis, and got married in Roseburg. I still miss it even though I doubt I'll ever live there again.

I totally understand that. :rotfl: I kind of wish I'd never left the west coast, now that I've been away so long I can't imagine going back.

Happy New Year!!! I'm hoping the new year brings good times for us all. :) Paige and I are ending the year with our first bit of homophobia among some people that we considered friends, but we're also experiencing some woncerful support from others. What doesn't break us makes us stronger, right? We've been doing our share of bending, but have yet to break. :teeth:
Thank you for all of your support! It really does make a world of difference. You all are awesome.
I guess I should have started this as a new thread, but I'm on my little internet tablet and don't know how to do that easily without losing the post. lol

:grouphug: :grouphug: I'm so sorry your "friends" are being homophobic. I remember being shocked when a really good friend of mine said she'd kick her kids out of her house if she ever found out they were gay! This from the sweetest, most generous woman I'd known:scared1:
Then there was the "friend" that stopped talking to me ENTIRELY, when I expressed an attraction for a same sexed celebrity... It's just so startling when otherwise good people display such ignorance and fear.
Just remember that you wil make new friends who fully support and appreciate you, your life, your partner and all that that entails!
I wish you and Paige the absoute very best!

You are both showing a lot of courage and it will be worth it in the end. Just remember that anyone expressing homophobia is showing their true character ... or rather lack of character. Happy New Year! I'm sure it's going to be a great year for both of you!

Lots to do this year, many changes to make, and many more people will leave us I think, but those who have stayed with us mean the world to us. And I am excited we will make new friends! :thumbsup2

What's worse than bigotry is people denying that they are this way and that the bigotry is not what's behind their actions.
I'm so glad to have the acceptance from all of you. This year promises lots of interesting times...first we have to take care of some business that will likely be the hardest thing we've ever done, but it will all be worth it. Have to believe that.

Did you know that Niagara Falls is the largest producer of energy in the world (from the rush of water)? And most of the water is diverted to power authorities on both sides (US and Canada). OK, I'll stop with the boring facts. Glad you're feeling warm and fuzzy, Rosie. Back to our regular thread now!:thumbsup2
