What dues include?

We are new DVC members and have a question about what in included in your monthly dues payment. Does it include an amount for real estate taxes? And if it does do you get a tax benefit for that amount.

Yes it does. Each year the property taxes for the coming year are estimated, and part of your dues goes toward this. At the end of the year you will get a statement from DVC showing the actual amount of property taxes, which you may be able to deduct on your income tax form.
