First Day Options

Just made our reservations for April. I am thrilled. We have decided to check out other resorts our first day. We will be at the All-Star Music. How do we get to the resorts without having to use one day of our pass? Do we go to DD then take a boat to whereever? Or can we go to the parks and get on the monorail without having to use a day?

You only need to use a day off your passes if you actually go into a park. All the transportation options are located outside the parks so it will cost you nothing.

Your best alternative is to take a bus from your resort to any theme park and change there to the bus going to the resort you want. At night after all the parks are closed, then DD is the only place you can do this.
