Anyone out there in Vegas?

I may be moving to Vegas in January for a promotion at work. Just wondering if anyone on these boards is from there. Wanted to ask some questions about what areas of town are good to look at living in and any other suggestions they might have (besides "Don't move to Vegas).

I am also excited because it may be time for an AP for Disneyland if I am in Vegas and within driving distance to DL! :cool1: WOO HOO!

"Mom" you are the best! Hope you aren't buried in too much snow up there. I really love it here in the Valley, but Vegas is a great next step for me if I want to end up in NYC or London or Manchester. I have my last interview in a week, so we'll see how it goes.
