have dd and ds who exsist on pbj and air! Are small sandwiches allowed into the parks or is thia an ABSOLUTE no-no? We will be down in July so I am concerned w/the heat and no eating. (DH and I on the other hand will have NO PROBLEM enjoying Disney Delights!);)

No one will say anything to you if you bring sandwiches in as long as you don't take up restaurant seats during a prime meal time. I don't know what they would do if the adults ordered food off the menu at a full-service restaurant and the kids were eating sandwiches.
A lot of the restaurants at WDW to serve PB&J on the kids' menu. Check out the menus at www.wdwig.com.

As mom of the world's pickiest eater, I can say that your kids will find plenty to eat at WDW. Many restaurants can get you a pb&j sandwich even if it is not on the menu. The buffets often have kids' buffet lines. I wouldn't want to carry pb&js around the park all day because they would likely get squished and my picky eater would say "I'm not eating that- it's squished." Good luck!

Thanks all,
I didn't realize that WDW thinks of everything! It really adds to our excitement that I won't have to worry about the dreaded food situation.I was hoping all the walking would increase the kid's appetites but figured the heat would knock 'em right back out! I COMPLETELY agree with the squishy sandwich...ugh!We leave in 2 months!

i thought you might want to see the menus at .Deb's site (http://www.wdwig.com) . All the buffets have good kids choices, chicken nuggets, mac and cheese etc. I'm pretty sure chrystal paace had PB&J on the buffet
