decor not a concern. just thinking of ease of getting to/fro the parks with my scooter using disney busses. is one better than another?

Pop Century because it doesn't share a bus line and it has a frozen coke machine

I have stayed at the Movies and Sports. They are smaller to get around to Pools, bus stops, and Food court. We did not share a bus, the crowds were not bad at all in late October.
My grandson loved the Movies with the Buzz, but for me, it was clean, close to drop bagel in the toaster oven, the dinners were very fulling like a half chicken with potato's, veggies and roll for about $8.00.
The crowds at the pool were small, no long waits for buses,'
I particularly liked Sports for the closeness of Mickey D's for a real late snack. We had a rental car.
I also had a rollator/walker and it was small enough for me to walk for my needs, even the laundry.

Most resorts now have their own bus but the All Stars still share a couple of buses between them. I believe the Downtown Disney/Typhoon Lagoon bus goes to all three resorts, as well as the MGM/Blizzard Beach Bus. Because they share a bus, you may have to wait for several buses before they have room for you. If I had to choose one of them, I would choose sports because they are the first ones picked up and you would have a better shot getting on the first bus without a wait.
thanks everyone. i guess i'll try for pop first, then sports.
thx!

Do you mean Walker Mobility? (http://www.walkermobility.com/)

Pop Century was great for my b/f who is in a power wheelchair. They have direct busses that do not share with anyone and we never waited over 15 minutes for a bus in November 2007.
We had an accessible room with a roll in shower and were very comfortable. We are going back to Pop at least once, maybe twice this year :thumbsup2.

Some people actually feel that the Value resorts have more accessible wheelchair accessible rooms than the Moderates. Because the Values are newer, their design had the benefit of seeing what worked and didn't work in resorts that were built earlier.
