good morning sunshines :sunny: Heres an Angel story to start your day
Wed night was my DD chorale recital. She had to be there for 6, concert at 7. Ok, me and my bright ideas decided I am making thanksgiving dinner yesterday, dont ask!!! Just trying to not think about work.
So I need a few more items and head over to the store. Talked on the phone for a bit, try to get out of the car and forgot about the seat belt which nearly mugged me at this point. Friend on the phone laughs and says my safety is in danger, you know that whole multitasking business and we get off the phone.
Ok, get my few items, come out, unload the 3 bags and bam!!!! Slipped on ice, muddie but!!
Great! Now race home, 15 mins each way, change pants, race back down.
Sorta "make" a parking space and run into the bldg!!!!!!!!!!
Look at time 7:04. Yes!
Swing open the doors and step in.
I am now at the BACK of the auditorium, BUT WITH THE CHORALE GROUP AND ALL EYES ARE NOW ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Quickly assess that the older group is singing in the back, where I am idiotically standing.
Give a quick wave and slink back out the door:rolleyes:
