I need to make GF (gluten free) waffles and all the mixes but the GF Pantry All Purpose Flour mix have corn, which I am also highly allergic to.
Can I just use the bisquick recipe and put in this all purpose mix??
any ideas???
*I also posted this in creative cooking board, but figured I might get some more educated responses over here!*

Others probably have recipes that they've used. But, I googled gluten free waffles and found 2 cornless recipes:

Thanks!!!
I didn't realize Bob's Red Mill used a dedicated facility, we've had some troubles with Arrowhead mills containing trace amounts due to a shared facility!
This just made Christmas morning 1000 times easier!

Glad I was able to help--even though I hadn't looked at the info closely enough to be sure.

I'm glad you got 2 recipes that look like they will work.
Just using the all purpose mix in the bisquick recipe might not work because bisquick is a mixture of flour, hydrogenated oil, salt and baking powder. So, the bisquick recipes would not include those ingredients.
