I will need to put my ham in a sterno pan and the only thing i can think of to put in the pan to keep the ham moist and juicy is some ginerale and brown sugar. Problem is I don't know how much of each ingredient to put in the pan. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas, please help soon!!

Hi! I like to use pineapple juice. Gingerale is good too. I would just make sure you have an inch or so of liquid in the bottom of the pan. I don't know how much brown sugar. I would guess a tablespoon or 2 is all you need.
