Buses as S/D

I am a bit confused...The buses at S/D start running an hour before the parks opening? I know the other resorts have the busses running two hours before opening, or did I just misunderstand? It seems like it would be a close call if you want to arrive early and the bus picks you up for the MK at 8 and you get there about 8:25 and they open Main St. at 8:30. Anyone experience this?

They start running at the Swan and Dolphin at the same time as the Disney resorts. Often times, you share busses with the rest of the Epcot resorts. If sharing, the Swan is always the first stop, Dolphin is second, then around to Yacht Club, Beach Club and Boardwalk.

The boats always run from Epcot to Boardwalk to Yacht & Beach to Swan & Dolphin to MGM then reverse the pattern for the return from MGM. If coming from Epcot, it is quicker to get off the boat at the Boardwalk and walk back to the Swan & Dolphin then it is to ride the boat.
