OKW GV for week after Thanksgiving availability?

Our family is considering a GV for Sunday after Thanksgiving to Fri., but inlaws still don't know if they can go then. Any ideas as to how long I have before I book? I'm sure prior to 7month window, but do you think I should book NOW and then cancel if they can't go.

You should definately book it as soon as possible. If it is your home resort, do it tomorrow. You can always cancel later.:D

I agree - book it now! In fact, since the 11 month window has already passed for that time frame, I'd be surprised if there were any GVs left. That week is very popular with DVC members - due to lower point requirements and Holiday decorations / special events. Hope it works for you. Good Luck!

Well, you guys really know your stuff!!! The GV's are gone at OKW! MS suggested a 2 bedroom & studio. I don't know if that would work or not. Can I get wait listed for a GV? What do you think my chances are????

You should waitlist it now, but also make other arrangements if the waitlist doesn't come through. Try to make ressies for a 2BR and studio and see if that is available.If your waitlist comes throgh ,you can always cancel the other.:rolleyes:
