I think I am going to break down and join WW today. I have lost over 40lbs on my own but still have another 60 to go. I am not very motivated so pehaps this will help me. I have to admit though that I am cheap and don't want to spend the money but in the long run I know it is a small price to pay for my health. Wish me luck.princess:

Weight Watchers is a terrific program and the meetings and support are tops! We have a WW thread going on WISH and there are several of us who are in various stages on our journey. I hope you made the step and joined and I hope you will come check out our WW thread.
