I am in a cookie exchange next week and I was thinking of adding small squares of "bonus" fudge to my tins.........if only I had an easy, delicious foolproof recipe for fudge! Can anyone help? I want it to be more solid, so it cuts into squares good and would not make a mess in the tins with the cookies.

the best fudge I have found(and really easy) is the one with the marshmallow creme. It is on the back of the marshmallow creme jar(Kraft I think) I always make chocolate and peanut butter every year.
It is 3 cups sugar and one small can of evaporated milk and 1 1/2 sticks of butter cook that after it boils for 3 or 4 minutes add the chocolate chips and a tsp of vanilla stir till melted and add marshmallow creme. pour into 9x13 greased pan and cool.

some of the DIS'ers on there swear by these 2 foolproof fudge recipes

Peanut Butter Fudge

1 container vanilla frosting
1 jar peanut butter
Melt frosting in microwave, stir in peanut butter, pour into 8 x 8 pan

or

1 container chocolate frosting
1 bag chocolate chips

same instructions

you can also add 3 chopped Snickers bars for variety

I am also a big fan of the fudge recipe on the back of the Kraft Marshmallow Creme jar. I've been making it every Christmas since I was about 10 years old! In fact, the ingredients are sitting in my pantry now, waiting for me to magically transform them into fudge! ;)

Hello. I'm always searching for a really easy fudge recipe and I think I found the easiest one in the world last month. Here you go:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 bag chocolate chips.
heat up the sweetened condensed milk.
add chocolate chips, stir until melted
pour into pan an let it harden
Enjoy.

I'm a HUGE fan of these recipes. Quick, easy and YUMMY! I have even made it with a container of chocolate frosting and a jar of peanut butter.
Ok, :rolleyes1 so I am guilty. I just ate the last piece of the fudge I mentioned tonight.

my son has a fluffernutter at least once or twice a week for lunch. we call it a wilson around here. (long story) for those of you who don't know, it's fluff and peanutbutter. the traditional one is one white, but he can't do white bread so he has his on wheat bread. it is so yummy!
