Baby Bows doll

I was wondering if anyone knew of any online patterns that I can print out for an 18" baby doll. I'm making several cloth baby dolls for Christmas using a pattern that I found through Theresa Joy's sewing links. The doll's name is Baby Bows. I haven't had any luck finding any.
