Wow I live out in the country near Spring Green about 45 min to an 1 hour from Verona and Madison. Yes it is freezing it has been only in the 20s and today in the morning my dad said the wind chill was like 0 and another time the wind chill was -15.One day it was only 13 and we have lots of snow but like in the next week or so it is going to be like in the 40s. Tell Elizabeth Stephanie says Hi ( Stephanie is my sister) Have you ever been to the Arch in St. Louis? My mom and dad I think both have.

Hi Andy and Elizabeth,
Yes House on the Rock is like 7 miles away from here. When did you move to St.Louis? I have been to House on the Rock. Tell Elizabeth Stephanie is excited and can't wait to meet her:yay: Did Elizabeth enjoy the club or go th the club because I know when I went on my 1st cruise when I was 3 I didn't go to the clubs. Have you ever been on a cruise I forgot to ask?

We moved down here in early 2006, but still miss WI. We went on the 3-day cruise on the Wonder on December 6, 2007. Elizabeth tried the club out on her last night and absolutely loved it. I have a feeling she is really going to enjoy being part of the program when she is 5.

Hi:wave:
Guess what when you were just getting on that day we were getting off the ship that's to funny:rotfl2: My sister went to the club but was only there 10 min. My 5 year old brother went there like all day I was at the lab alot too.
What rooms were you in for this last cruise and this St.Croix one? We were in connecting rooms this last one on 2nd floor. The next one this year on Wonder same rooms and on St.Croix one on the magic will be the same too. That's pretty neat:thumbsup2

Hi Adriane-

Being in the same room should make it very easy to find your way back to your room each cruise. One thing, though, is that you should not post your actual stateroom number for future cruises on a public chatroom as, just like the rest of the internet, you never know who might be reading these posts. You may want to go back and edit that part out. If you have a need to give out that info, please always ask your parents first. For extra safety, you could probably send it in a private message vs. posting it. Anyway, enough of my lectures!

On this last cruise, I really splurged and went "all out". We stayed in the Roy Disney Suite. No one knew, but me, until we got to the stateroom door (I kept the secret even from my wife for over a year!). It was really wonderful! We almost never wanted to leave the room! Of course, with seven people in our group and being that it was only a 3 day cruise, it made it a little more affordable. The service, surroundings and extra touches really spoiled us. For the 2009 cruise, it will only be the three of us, but we wanted to try concierge level again. So we are in a Cat-3 close to where we stayed last time.

Did you guys decorate your door on this last cruise? We did and if I knew how to add a picture into the post, I would show you what we did.

Hi everyone! We just booked our 2nd Disney cruise over the weekend. We are in the Chicago area, only about 30min from the Wisconsin line. My girls miss the snow, I don't!
We are on the Dec 5th sailing. It will be myself (Jen), DH (John), DDs 8&9 at time of sailing and my mom. I hoping to find other people male/female my mom's age that will be sailing.

Hi, all is going well! The girls are busy, one in cheer and the other tap/ballet. We just watched the Disney Cruise dvd with my mom. She didn't seem all that impressed. But when I asked, she said what she was disappointed with was the DVD. On Feb 5th, travel channel will have Disney Cruise on again. I have seen it before, but my mom hasn't. It's MUCH better then the DVD from DCL. Hope all is going well with you.

That's funny. We run into people at WDW, or people taking the Disney bus to Port Canaveral. We hear lots of first time cruiser-kids saying they WILL NOT go to the programmed events. We here this for a while ... when waiting to board, and even inside the terminal. Then, that very first night on the ship ... we'll see parents trying to LITERALLY drag their kids out of the programs, to get them to go to dinner together.

Did you hear about the Disney DINE & DASH (I think that was the name of it) program? For kids that are signed up in a Disney program, they are able to join Mom & Dad for dinner ... then ... @ 45 minutes into dinner, a program director will stop by each restaurant, to escort the little ones back to the programs - if interested. Thsi worked out fairly well on our last Disney Cruise (April/May 2009, Easter Caribbean / Tortola).

Enjoy!

From Julia, age 9:
Me and Livy are very excited about going on the trip. My sister is obsessed with the number 65, so that's one of the reasons our parents told us 65 days before the trip. I LOVE Mickey Mouse stuff.

I can't wait for the cruise. I might have dreams about actually being on the ship. I hope I do. I don't believe we're going right before Christmas :santa:, it's so cool. Does anybody like origami? I love origami, except I don't know how to make very many things. I also like playing the piano. I'm pretty good at it. I like doing gymnastics.

My favorite foods are cheese quesadillas, chocolate chip cookies, and hot dogs.
