This might be a weird question, but I was hoping someone who already had their wedding and used Randy Chapman can tell me... I booked Randy for a 7 hour package. Am I suppose to include him as a "guest" during our reception and pay for a meal for him? I'm not sure how this is usually done...can anyone help?

We fed him at our reception. I think Disney charged us about 20 dollars for his meal. I can't remember now if we got him a deli platter, or if Disney made him a plate off the buffet we had, but we did feed him.

If you are going to have him for a reception or any length of time, it is only proper to provide a meal for him. I believe several brides have mentioned DFTW providing a "vendor meal" for him which is not as costly as the plated meal for your guests, but gives him nourishment to keep photographing for you.

Great! Thank you all for your responses. I will be looking into the "vendor meals".

We provided him with a children's dinner... salad, chicken tenders, french fries, etc. for $19 instead of the deli plate.
