Breakeven spreadsheets

For those of you that do breakeven spreadsheets, how do you account for the sale of points to pay for things like another resort or for the cruise.

I sold my 07 points to pay for the member cruise and don't know how to put this in my calculations in my spreadsheet.

I personally just measure cash value. If I sell my points, I measure the cash value that I get for them, regardless of what I do with that cash. Example, if you got $2000 for 200 points, I enter $2000 into the spreadsheet. If the cruise cost $3000, that is $1000 out of pocket.
