AAA available discounts

I was checking rates on the AAA website and I can't get anything past Oct 2008- it won't accept the dates. Are rooms w/discounts available through agents for Dec 2008? Also, I want to add tickets and Deluxe dining, is it correct that I would get the AAA discount on the room portion and they would simple add tickets and DDP to that?

Yes, you can book through Dec 2008 with a AAA agent. I currently have a ressie for Dec 13-21, 2008 with a AAA discount ($250.00). The discount is on the room portion and yes, they can add tickets and the DDP to it. I got the AAA book for 2008 today and they are only discounting up to 12/18/08, anything after that does not qualify for a discount. HTH!!!!!

I've never heard of CRO asking for your card number at the time of a reservation. You *may* be asked to present it at check-in.

Yes, you do have to give the number at time the ressie is made, otherwise the discount can't be added in the system. Now, I haven't been asked for my card at check-in, although I have it on me at all times.
