I was just wondering if anyone is using Alli as part of their plan?

I'm not using it, but I know there is a thread on here a little further down that of several people who are.

Uhmm from what I know about Alli...it sounds gross.

If you eat too much fat in your diet while taking Alli you might have "an oily discharge"....or "oily gas".....yeah that sounds like fun...butt grease...
