For your appetizer, are you allowed to choose a flatbread or does it have to be an actual appetizer? Also, if DH orders a flatbread, can I also order something from the appetizers or does the flatbread count as a appetizer for the whole table?

Each person can choose any appetizer (including a flatbread) from the menu except for two of the sushi dishes, which were considered entrees (this was the case when I was there in September)
