Upgrades at HRH?

How you you manage to get an upgrade when registering at HRH? I have a lowes first card (blue), if I show my card will they offer it for a cost, and what exactly would an upgrade be? We have a pool view room reserved for the last week of March which I know is a busy Spring Break/Holiday week.

When you check in you show or tell them that you are a loews first member and if they have availability they will upgrade you.

Even if you're not a Loews first member give it a shot. We did this at the Portofino and were upgraded to bayview.
