Anyone else having problems logging into it? I have not logged into it in several months since about July. I had no issues then, and my pass has not expired, so what is up? I tried my pass and hubby's. Each says I am entering in invalid ID info?!? We have annual passes not vouchers, so what is the deal?

I'm having issues too. This is the message I got...
"You have entered an invalid ID number. Please re-enter a valid Pass or exchange certificate ID number in the designated spaces below."
I was able to log in a couple days ago, maybe it has something to do with the new site layout?

So glad I'm not the only one. I've been trying for 2 days now - neither of our AP's work ("invalid ID number"). :confused3

Same here just tried and I got the same message.
I've never had a problem getting in. (been an AP holder since 1995). However, they must be upgrading their system because I haven't been able to get in the past few days. So hold tight and keep checking back, maybe they are loading it with some wonderful new discounts and perks!

I hadn't bee able to access the site since Sunday evening. I contacted Disneyworld.com and this is the response I received.
Dear Donna,

Currently the Passholder site is non-operational. Our Web Department is
working on this challenge. We suggest that you try entering the site
again later this week.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you have questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact

applicable on all correspondence.
