there is someone on the resort board reporting that CRO has offered her a AKV room - assuming a studio.

So they must have enough rooms ready to supply CRO and DVC now.

All of the Jambo House rooms are supposed to be open in less than 60 days. I'm sure they have not all been sold to members, so Disney / CRO will remain owners of a portion of the facility at least into 2008.
