Got my confirmation have a Question.

I made 2 separate ressies through CRO for WL. One for our family using a code which included UPH and the other for MIL and FIL room only.

As I was looking over our confirmations, I noticed that it said the balance due on our reservation was due on May 5th. I thought we didnt have to pay in full until check in.

Can anyone give me the scoop on this. Do I need to call CRO to clarify.

Since your ressie is not room only, I believe it was processed through WDTC which has very different payment policies.

If there are tickets involved, you have to pay the balance in advance. Only room only rates are payable upon arrival.
