Wind and Air Temps on Deck

Our trip will be in June ,very hot, but it it that hot on deck? Is it pretty windy considering the speed of the ship?

It can be pretty darn windy on Deck 10 when the ship's sailing, but Deck 9 is fully enclosed with glass... so there's much less breeze on Deck 9 than on Deck 10.

Well, it's probably Plexi-Glas or some other plastic composite, but yes, all of Deck 9 is protected from the wind except for the seating area outside of Topsider's/Beach Blanket Buffet.
