We were there for our Anniversary too...and we met the chef last year and we asked it TJ was there again and he came out and remembered DH by calling him Laba Laba supposively means Spider his nickname.

We had a great first day...we loved Stormalong Bay...Aviva never wanted to leave..she loved the waterslide. We enjoyed walking around Boardwalk and had another great meal at BOMA.

Don't you love just being a 3 hour drive away? I would love to stay at the Beach Club one day. I'm trying to talk my mom into staying there next year for Food and Wine Fest, but she's balking at the price tag.

So we did not rush this morning..we got up and we were on our way. But guess what..we got on the bus and we were pulling into MK and I suddenly realized what I forgot...yup the TICKETS...so Spider took the bus back to get the tickets and Aviva and I waited.

Yea, rub it in that you'll be there next week!!!

I wish I could get my gang to agree to Boma, but every time I mention putting it on our agenda, they snarl. I think they think it's too exotic, but surely they have some "normal" foods along with the unique ones, and I want to try the unique ones. Bring back lots of pictures of the food to help convince them.

Lucky Aviva to have a Disney lovin' mom. I know you guys are having a ball! I will look forward to seeing and hearing about all your fun.

We left a bit early so the big and little kid could have fun at Stormalong Bay. Then we the parental unit got dressed really nice and off we went to California Grill for dinner and Aviva went to the Sandcastle Club. We had an amazing dinner. We asked for window seats. Made our ADR for 7:30 knowing Wishes was at 8 PM. It was perfect. We were celebrating our 11 anniversary. It was romantic.

Aviva loved it...this is the second time. The first was the Simba club at AKL. I thought she would have more fun at Sandcastle Club then the California Girl.

They feed them dinner...she loved playing the video games, computers, they have movies. Not this time but last time came home with 3 art and crafts activities. You get a beeper so they can be in touch with you.

Thank you Shmu for looking at my TR...Aviva is so excited to be going with grandpa. It is suppose to be a bit chilly for us here in FL when we arrive...a high of say 50 brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....but who cares we will be in Disney!

Wow! We are literally "two ships passing in the night!"

You must have begun this lovely pictoral report just as I was beginning my month-long sebatical from the DIS...had to make a clean break of it during the busy holiday season or I wouldn't get anything done!

Now I'm back and getting all caught up and you're off playing in the World again! :rotfl:
