Grills at Vero?? [Archive] - The DIS Discussion Forums

Hi!

Since my kids (DS 12 and 13) live for water, I thought it would be nice take advantage of everything Vero has to offer while there this June. They would live in the pool and ocean if we let them. I thought it may be nice to cook burgers on the grill one evening, allowing them to swim 'til they drop!!! :D

Are there grills on property at Vero??? If so, are they near the pool or scattered throughout like Hilton Head?? How big are they?

I believe the only grills are across the street by the courts and the sports area.

I think there are some next door oceanside at the public beach.

I don't know about the public beach, but there are grills across the street from the resort . We used them the summer before last. Just be sure to wear your bug spray and Skin So Soft over there. It is a very buggy area and my husband came back eaten alive.
