I am sure this has been asked before, but I cant work the search option. Can someone please explain to me the DDP differences between '07 and '08. I understand that tip is no longer included, but I also saw somewhere that appetisers no longer are either. Is that true? What about desert? Have they eliminated any resturants? Have they added any more dishes to the "off limits" file? Any questions I am missing?

No appetizers at TS locations. No gratuity. $1 decrease in price per person per day. So far, the Japan eateries are still "pending", but the list of participating restaurants is otherwise the same IIRC.

I don't know much about specific off-plan items. Hopefully someone else will chime in.

To be clear, the guest is now expected to pay the gratuity -- rather than there simply not being a gratuity. :)
