The Roasted Macadamia nuts provided by MG, Donna were used by Chef Sue to make a Macadamia Nut Biscotti. She did not do it traditional biscotti fashion, which dries out the bread so bad it has to be immersed in coffee.

This was slightly moist and a joy to eat.

Thank you Donna for a gift we local DIS'ers got to benefit from.

LOL...I'll pass. That sounds like it would be a little too mushy for biscotti! But I'm sure if Chef Sue prepared it, it would be delicious...I'll let MIB999999 be the one to taste it! ;)

Don't you be bringing that can anywhere NEAR Mythos!!!
