I see from other treads that people are a little crazy about the sheets. This what we did simply and it worked great.

Sheet 1 (excel)

In columns we listed the days we were going
In Rows we listed MK, AK, EP, MGM, (and filled in park hours including EMH -AM and EMH PM)

Skipping a row we then listed:
Spectromagic, MK Afternoon parade, Illuminations, wishes, electrical light parade ( and filled in respective times), Ak parade, MGM Parade, HSM - 1 column only since it is the same each day

Skipping a row we then listed show times:
B&TB, LK, Po, BoFl, Nemo, Plyhouse, Fantasmic, etc

Skipping a row:
ADRS or other reservation (in apropriate colum for day of the week) including BBB, character meals etc.

Sheet -2

We listed all attractions in each park and split them into 3 groups.
Must see, Maybe, Can skip
Next to each attraction with a star or some other symbol we listed:
- FP availablepixiedust:
- EMH (A), EMH (P), and anything with ht restriction

These two sheets and a park map you can pick up at the gate were all we needed - All of this info is readily available on the WDW website or by searching the threads on this site.

Also having a plan on how to accomplish the "must see" stuff in the time you are there goes a long way to avoiding lines and having a great time even in peak park times (like this past T-Giving when we were there).

Using the WDW site or other sites should take less than 15-20 min to put both of these sheets together.pixiedust:

Hi,
I like all your ideas for the "spreadsheet". I do a very similar thing. I start with the one available here:

and just fill in all of my info for the dates I am going.

Hope this helps someone out there.
