Rhyme or Reason to Virgin Miles Flights

Hi there,

We the family are hoping to use points for next years vacation flights to Orlando. Does anyone know when they release flights for miles as we are trying to book for next Oct.

The virgin helpline was helpful, although they themselves don't know.

I don't think there is a set date if you are talking about miles plus money as they often depend upon how seats are selling for a particular flight/date. As for spend miles flights then I think they are released as soon as the flight is available but are often very limited in number.

Its just a matter of check every day until you see something you want and book it. I check 2 or 3 times a day until I find what i want but also checkout every other option not just Virgin. Easter we are using Miles and Money, August we are flying out on free flight with Miles and returning with BMI as it was over £200pp cheper than returning with Virgin. Just starting to look for Oct now.
