Well..unfortunetly I don't know when; I checked WIKI but it doesnt have the date so..I'm not sure.
Maybe you should ask someone who has the exact date I dont want to get this wrong:)

I believe it was only available for 1 day, aegnus would have better info perhaps. I would say most people bought at least 1 - they aren't that exciting and nobody was aware that items would come and go, some faster then others. Any of the Hong Kong items are fairly rare except those still for sale - same reason people bought 1 or 2 but did not stock up. I can't place a value on it but It seems to be getting a pretty good price.
