Hi everyone! I took some time this week to do rankings for the DDP in 2008. Remember to look at the "Credits" page to see the assumptions I made.
Here it is:
http://personalpages.tds.net/~rb/DIS/MYW%20Dining/DisneyDiningRanking2008.htm (http://personalpages.tds.net/%7Erb/DIS/MYW%20Dining/DisneyDiningRanking2008.htm)
Be aware that it may not be complete as the participating restaurants may change.
For those of you looking for the 2007 version, it's still here:
http://personalpages.tds.net/~rb/DIS/MYW%20Dining/DisneyDiningRanking.htm (http://personalpages.tds.net/%7Erb/DIS/MYW%20Dining/DisneyDiningRanking.htm)
ETA: Now that I have data from 2007 and 2008, I also did a comparison on how much value we are losing from each restaurant, so I also did this spreadsheet:
http://personalpages.tds.net/~rb/DIS/MYW%20Dining/DDP-2007-2008-Compare.htm
Note: Some of the differences are also due to price increases.

Thank for for taking the time to update us Robin. I was quite surprised at a few who made the top of the list.

Thank you so much - a brilliant resource - interesting to note that we have picked several restaurants that are at/near the top. Probably a good choice for us to book CSR as our resort also.

thanks for all your hard work!
Is the Wolfgang Cafe that's listed as 2nd the upstairs restaurant? Because I think that's even more expensive than the $44.83 you have listed. Man, some of the prices have really gone up!

LOL! I bought OKW in 1997, BWV in 2002 and AKV in 2007 :). We sold OKW to buy AKV.

I've been seeing some requests for this so thought I'd bump it back to the first page.
Dear Mods, you might want to adjust the link in the FAQ since it's showing the 2006 plan.

Thanks for your very hard work! Do you have any lists that would have allowed snacks for 2008? I wish I was as organized as you are! Thanks again!

Robin - THANK YOU!!
So many times over the last few weeks I've read posts on this board and thought, "Where's the link to that awesome spreadsheet???" Hopefully, folks will check them before posting!
:wizard: Thanks for adding pixiedust to our trips!!

I used to help keep a snack list online, but I stopped getting updates from the person who was doing it. Snacks are now all "single serving" only so the list will be much smaller. Think popcorn, bottled water and ice cream bars.

Thank you Robin! You are much more ambitious than I am.
It still is a good value, and easy to eat more than our money's worth every day, but not as great a value as before. This is our first time using the plan, so I guess we won't really know what we are missing (at least my family won't ;) )

Excellent work there but I'm a bit confused by the Hoop De Doo and Spirit of Aloha show. In particular why their value per credit reduced this year? I was thinking it should be the same since it is a single price that includes tax and gratuity.

Let me take a look at it, okay?

nice job, robin :thumbsup2
i'm sure it was a lot of work, but we certainly (as well as hundreds more, i'm sure :) ) appreciate it.......it was interesting to see the majority of our ADRs on the "most expensive" list (btw, we based our ADRs on previous experiences, not price), with the balance not making the list at all
thank you :thanks:
