Hello,
Just a very quick one...
Do they have ketteles in the rooms at the Hotel Cheyenne or do we need to pack thetravel kettle?...Ooh also, is there anywhere to buy milk?
Thanks,
Zoe.

No kettle as standard in the room - you can usually hire one from reception along with a tea/coffee basket but if you want to guarantee you have one you might want to pack your own.

Milk available from the hotel shop or the nearby petrol station. Also large Auchan supermarket one stop away (5 mins) on the train.

I don't know what the score is with the Cheyenne - I also thought you could only hire them, but last week I didn't hire one, and there was one on a tray in our room. We were there for 2 nights, and the kettle stayed there the whole time.

To be sure though, I'd pack my own.

Most of them I think are meant to be hire only - unless it was left from a previous occupant. They certainly aren't standard in Sequoia or even NPB. Only time I have seen them as standard is when staying in a suite at NPB and New York. I think as well that the hotel can only have a limited supply so if you defo want one I'd pack my own.

We rented one at the Santa Fe this week - €30 reundable deposit.
