Need help with planning

We are planning on going next weekend, Mar 1-3, doing IOA on Sat and Universal on Sun. I have 2 children, 1 and 3 yoa. We are meeting up with 6 more adults and two more kids, 5 & 6. We love the roller coasters, but I would like a more specific plan of action. I don't know where to hit first or what. Any advice would be grateful.

If you get to Dueling Dragons when the park first opens, you can ride in the first row with no problem. First row is a must there.
You can get express passes for Hulk and Spiderman. Just get there early and have FUN!
