I would like to hear what the difference is between these two resorts? I have read Glo's FAQ on the resort, but I guess I'm still wondering which one to go with. We will be going down in Dec for the Dis Con2, and I want to try one of them.

I didn't read the thread Blondie passed on to you, but I'll give you my opinion.

Although I keep swearing I'm going to try the Swan, because the beds are queens instead of doubles and just to try something new, we keep going back to the Dolphin. We just absolutely adore the Dolphin. Here are the reasons - Tubbis, the lobby (esp. the shooting stars) and mostly because of the amazing views. The Dolphin is much taller and gives you spectacular views.
